Have jumped on the wagon and decided to give this a try and after reading everyone's progress i hope to fall in the same category with great results!
The only question i have - not a big fan of swallowing capsules - does the same effect occur if you chew the capsules or empty the capsules into water?
I have tried with water and empty the capsules into it individually with 2x glasses 250ml of water...or should i put both capsules (AS and CC) into one 250ml water saving doing both individually or does anyone else have another way....i know it may be a weird thing to ask and should be able to swallow the capsules but its just a problem i have to deal with.
Would like your any sort of feedback for this newbie!

I think it's fine to dissolve the contents of the AS and CC into the water. It's just like helping out the products actually. I think it would be better to dissolve the AS and CC on a different glass of water.
Yeah i thought doing the both at the same time would be abit dicey and certain bits might not get absorbed as more as the other....so i will give it a go....thanks for the advice
So far so good - the first 2 days i tried combining both (undoing capsules and pouring) in 250ml of water then have tried it individually as LoveMe suggested and do not notice a difference from adding both in one glass, but have only started doing that today, so see how that goes!
KhloeKobe - the taste isnt that nice - if you can put up with it - but the only thing ive noticed since starting the whole thing - is alot more energy to do stuff i.e cardio and gym time.
I dont eat as much - what i use to eat compared to now since taking it is most likely 3/4 meal and im full - where most the time eat a full plate and still be hungry.
Weighed last saturday and will do it again this saturday and see if any effect has happened in a week!
If there is any change in regards to taking to 2x250ml glasses of water with both capsules - i will let you all know - but at this stage it is early!
How about you Khloekobe and LoveMe - how is everything with you 2 so far?

So far so good. BTW,I have read that you are having a hard time swallowing the pills. Oh you are so brave to drink the water with the dissolved capsules. I think that's too bitter and it might take a lot of time...and courage I guess. :) Anyway, my sister has the same dilemma as you. Maybe you can try her style. Whenever she needs to take a medicine, she puts it inside a banana and swallow it. You can try it. Just wanna help :)

eeewww inside a banana sounds gross. I just close my eyes and throw it down my throat. Then drink water, water and more water.

Hi Pretty Georgia, Thanks for the advice but i don't think i want to choff down banana every time i want to swallow a pill..... that's a lot of bananas....and with the devastation of Yasi hitting the banana stock...i don't think i can afford it either ha ha
The taste with water is "different" but i must say that i have become a custom to it and doesn't bother me.
@khloekobe - 16.3 Kgs!! Thats great! im assuming you do lots of exercise to accompany that as well...cause that is pretty good!
Its good to see everyone doing well and i know i am only a new comer but am looking forward to what is instore, but mainly i ain't having my hopes too high cause i know its hard to lose some weight depending on how your body reacts, but it will be good none the less!

Just started using it, but at the start i was 68.4kgs and now 1 week later 67.5kgs which im very pleased with! I'm going to try for at least 9-10 kilos.
