Hi all, I finally got my tablets this morning! So very excited. I am however disappionted with the posts I posted last week, cause I was using old scales and they were not accurate.nono I now have a really top notch digital scales, which is good seeing I now am starting on my tablets. I have bought all healthy food and been reading labels in the shop before I throw something in my basket.
So here is my beginning weight and measurements as of now, my 1st day.
biggrin
Height 5' 6"
weight - 117.6kg
bust - 122cm
waist - 115 cm
hips - 131cm
thigh - 82 cm

I will weigh in every Wednesday from now on. But regardless of when I measured myself last week I have managed to loose  1 cm of bust, 3cm of waist, 1 cm of hips, but my thighs are 2cm bigger, but I figure this is from the cardio twister just building my muscles up and they will go down as I get toned. So I am totally forgetting about last week when I thought I had lost 1.3kg of weight and starting as of now. I must of lost something thou according to my measurements.
So heres to loosing 45kg+ by Xmas or before would even be better!

I have reached the 1st day of taking my A/S and C/C = wow I already feel better! I didnt notice any differance after my morning dose but after my dinner dose I can say I feel better. Normally after eating my evening meal I get very tired, but not today! I am actually really excited now, seeing the benefits are noticeable so early. Bring on tomorrow.

I AM THRILLED!!! I never believed all that the site said about loosing so much weight quickly. But I weighed myself this morning and in 2 days on the tablets I have lost 1.4 kg. I havent been starving myself or anything just eating better and just minimal exercise - I cant do to stressful exercise due to my injuries. If this keeps up I will be down to my desired weight before Xmas. My constipation has also resolved for the moment, I hope this stays this way as this has been a big problem for me most of my life.
The only bad thing that has really upset me is, that my daughters and son are against me and are offering me no support what so ever and they are under the impression I dont need to be doing this. At least my husband is supportive of me. I think being 45kg overweight I DO need to be doing this.
Thanks to all of you for letting me vent my feelings.

That's the good thing about this forum ladymajik, we are all here for the same goal, some have made it, some are making it, and some are still trying hard to, but at least we are all supportive as we all know how hard it is to achieve.

Keep up the great work, you are kicking great goals and you are doing fabulous, don't let the people that don't support you get to you, in the end you will be happier and healthier and they will see the difference then and wish they'd supported you like you support them.

How old are you son and daugher? I have a 14 year old and while she has acknowledged that I've lost weight when I first started out in September she told me I didn't need to lose weight because I wasn't fat. I just ignored her:)

My Daughters are 19 and 26 and son is 24. Its been hard with them nagging at me, but I will get through it, its almost like they don,t want to see me happy.
I resisted from hopping on the scales this morning. I am trying to wait till weigh in day which is weds. I am off to play lawn bowls this afternoon so that will be my exercise for today.
Thanks once again everyone.

I have a name for wanting to hop on the scales all the time, I call it scale OCD !  It's a damn hard habit to break especially if you are losing weight because it's exciting, but I get told off by a few people for doing it, oh well !  I only take note of the official weigh in day figure, the others at least tells me how I'm going I figure.

Ladymajik don't mind them. Instead treat them as your challenge and inspiration as well. Challenge them and make a bet that you will win over them. Be inspired because they are challenging you. Great job on your first two days...you are doing awesome!

END OF 1ST WEEK

I am feeling alot better since being on the pills.

1st week's loses -

weight 117.6 to 115.9 - LOSE OF 1.7kg
bust 122cm to 117cm - lose of 5cm
waist 115cm to 110cm - lose of 5cm
hips131cm to 124cm - lose of 7cm
thigh 82cm to 781/2 - lose of 3.5cm

I havent been able to go to toilet yet this morning so I figure once I am cleaned out I will probably loose more as the measurements show I have lost 20.5cm of FAT!!! I have lost it on my bust, but not in cup size but around my back as I have had to go to one notch tighter now.
Thrilled with the results. Bring on next week~~

Great results you got there ladymajik! Are you taking the colon cleanser pills? They are proven to help the toilet visits but not a run. If not, you should eat more fiber. Pineapple is a good source of fiber.

I meant the hard part of dieting which is sometimes starving yourself and promotes a negative relationship with food, because you have to give up "forbidden" foods and, often, eat foods you don't really like.. :)

Oh, I still eat forbidden food but not as much. When you lose weight your stomach shrinks so therefore you don't eat as much.

The only thing I haven't eaten since I went on my diet was jam and cream doughnuts.

That's why I haven't bought one. It just has way to many calories. I have muesli bars now they are heaps less fattening.

What control you have Khloe, you did really well.  Although on saying that I had some chocolate frogs in my drawer for ages, you know the one that has two frogs in the same packet, well one day I felt I needed something a bit sweet, so opened it and only ate one frog, that is sooooo not normal for me to even have chocolate in there for so long without eating it, but then to only eat one !!

Wow that's great DD. Your discipline is really well established. When I see chocolates my heart really melts. That's why I don't go to chocolate section in groceries. LOL

I've been eating rainbow cake because I've done a lot of exercise and hopefully burnt enough calories to be able to eat cake. I guess I'll find out on Monday when I weigh myself.

@ dinkidi: well, it just means one thing: you are near to "no chocolates" at all. since i've been on the pills, i lost the passion for chocolate bars. but i still love chocolate flavored foods like drinks, cakes, ice cream. i don't know, i just can't eat even a single bite of a chocolate bar because i easily feel toothache when it's too sweet.
