No difference APPETITE

Hi
First day today taking AS & UCC in the morning before breakfast.
Is it too early to supress my appetite?

I would think so after only one tablet, give it a couple of days at least.

For bf, i eat medium week late with 2 slice of bread with roast beef
lunch.....thai beef salad
dinner.....1-2 cups of boiled rice with chicken or beef or curry

i drink 1 -2 ltr of water

1 piece of fruit or none a day

2-4 kms walk/running....

still a bad diet?

There are alot of carbs in there, that's the only thing I could see with what you are eating, but that's just my opinion of course, I have cut back on carbs and that seems to work for me, it won't with everyone, but that was my plan of attack, cut back on carbs an increase protein.

hmmmm, ok, i am not into cereal, what should i replace bread (breakfast)....i have to eat rice for dinner, i love rice and im asian LOL

I have stopped having toast most of the time even though bread is my downfall, for breakfast depending on how hungry I am I have a protein shake or I have bacon and eggs or just eggs, if I'm not going to have many carbs during the day I have a piece of toast with that, but I am mindful of what I eat for the rest of the day.

Hello Slim. :) Don't you like oats? You can substitute your rice with that. It has low calories and all. Of course I understand that you're into rice but  i know eventually you'll learn how to say no to it. Well then good luck on your diet! Walking is really a great idea. :)

rice can make our tummy big.. lol! Just try to lessen your rice intake.. :) Or maybe substitute rice with oats as georgia said.. :)

Hi Slim, I guess you have to cut down on meats and rice. Salad would be great. Also, when you eat your oats or choose cereals, you should put a non-fat milk. Good luck!

I have been having weet bix for breakfast and very rarely eat bread now. I just think that cereal is more nutricious than bread. I also have wraps instead of bread now and at lunch I have cruskits. 

I also eat a lot of fruit :)
