here goes hey! I started taking acai slim on Monday 14th. I want to loose 30kg...as that is what i had lost in the past and then i had my daughter and now i would like to loose the baby fat!!
Any tips on acai slim would be much appreciated.

Accompany your A/S and C/C with a good/healthy diet and exercise as well.. These will help you lose weight the faster way.. :) Good luck :) Looking forward to your progress! :)
I forgot to measure the first week, and so i will do today to track progress.
I know 2.5kg is a great first week loss, but i also know i was retaiing alot of fluid. now the hard yards start as id recently put on 3kg over a few weeks, so now being back t my real beginning wieght....the battle begins.
Did 5 days of exercise last week. 2 days of stationary bike riding, 1 day of a road bike, 1 day of walking, and 1 day of boot camp. So i was happy with the way i changed it up alot.
I ate very well, except for sat evening where i had some wine and nibbles, but had worked it off following day.
Congratulations Bootrees, that is a great first week loss, don't get your hopes up too high for every week to be like that though, I'd hate to see you dissapointed.
I have my own progress page, which I keep up to date each week, I'm off there now to post today's loss !!

thank dinkidi. by no means do i expect this to happen each week. I have been on this journey so many times and i know i was lucky this week to have lost such good numbers as it is weight ive alreayd lost before.
Ive always looked into like this.
Its easier to loose lost weight than loose new weight.
Meaning, the 2.5kg i lost was weight id put on form a naughty few weeks. now the hard yards begin loosing weight in new territory :)
@ bootrees7: i can see myself in you when i was with the pills. everyday was exercise for me. as soon as i woke up i did sit ups. that was 30-50 sit ups everyday.
my tips for you: -eat healthy diet by avoiding sweets, junk foods, fast foods, desserts -drink more water -weigh once a week since our weight fluctuates everyday -do exercise (i can see you are doing good on this) -take the pills before meals -chat with us so everyone will get motivated with each other's progress :)

That's good to hear Bootress. BTW, I'm Georgia. I've been using a/s for 5 weeks and c/c for 4 weeks now. Since then I've started some exercise like going up and down the stairs and walking. So good luck on your a/s journey! i know you're doing great! keep us posted :)
