im looking into a kennel but the last time he was at 1 he was cowering when he was bought out to me and hasnt been the same since dont know what happen. they said nothing but it was weird like they'd hurt him and made him scared...
@ elle: does it mean you only need to shed 9 kilos before november? you can do it! i can see you are well disciplined with the healthy lifestyle, and that's important.
Thanks girls belle its a shame you dont live down here i would trust you completely with my dog, although as a 80kg dog he certainly needs someone who is stronger then me to walk him lol. He walks me correction drags me literally! thanks girls im loving our sunny weather atm been out walking and gardening trying to stay as active doing as much as I can figure it all burns calories with my healthy eating! Yes I have 9 to lose by november then another 5 by feb. my sisters wedding is in feb next year so want to look good for pics :)
im sure our trip away will be fine thanks danaG im just a nervous nelly atm.
I still cant budge past 64kg no matter how much i shake things up any ideas?
I find walking helpful. I have a small dog and he's pretty good on the leash...but if I had an 80 kg dog I'd would consider getting some training done with the dog so you can go on an enjoyable walk with your dog instead of your dog dragging you around.
You can teach an old dog new tricks

Glad to see that LOSS REPORT, Elle. I was beginning to wonder and get worried if that plateau thingy will last long. I'm just starting on my own weight loss journey and still have a lot to lose. Does everyone experience going on a plateau?
