My aim is to lose 6kgs and get to within my ideal BMI target, I had a baby 6 mths ago and I am still carrying weight from him, loosing 6 kgs wont get me back to prebaby weight but its what i will be happy with...
i'm interested in acai berries because also want to kick my metabolism back into gear after i ruined it a couple of years ago with eating disorders ... food and i have a healthy relationship now but my metabolism is all over the place!!!!
i've also had a bit of a wake up call when i used one of the "helpful tools" on the tripleslim-acai website and found out i am: Apple-shaped: Extra fat around stomach. Higher risk for obesity-related diseases. (Women: WHR>=0.85 Men: WHR>=1.0) with a WHR of 0.9 , so getting my measurements down is a health concern for me too..
if anyone has any tips as to how i can make the most of my acai and ucc experience that would be great!!!!!

Welcome littleone! Congrats on having a baby. Have you started taking the products last 4th as well?
You can take 2 acai slim first then if you want more, the maximum is 4 per day. ucc can be taken 6 tablets as the max as far as i know. but i think that would be too much. 4 as max will do.anyway, the main product that will help you lose weight is the as. drink more water, exercise, and healthy diet will surely help. good luck and keep us posted.
I started off taking 2 a/s a day and lost heaps of weight. I gradually increased my dose to 4 a/s a day but I started getting dizzy so I cut back down to 3 a/s a day.
I started off at 97.8kg and am now down to 75.5kg.

have been taking 2 a/s every morning about 15 mins before i have breaky.. i find that i am not really hungry through out the day!!! whish is fantastic!! i just returned to work this week where all of the temptations are (there is an awesome little cafe next to my workplace with the most DELICIOUS mud cake and banana toffee tart) but have found that i dont feel the need to snack...
have been takin 2 ucc in the morning at the same time - but i havent had any "experiences" in fact i have barely gone at all!!!!! have started taking metamucil to up my fibre intake???
This weeks measurements:
Weight - 61.5 kgs (woo hoo 1.2kgs)
Hips - 89.5cm (-4.5cms!!!!) Thigh - 50cm (-3cms!!!!!!) [right] Waist - 81cm (-4cms!!!!!) Bust - 91cm (-2cms :( lol!!! also to be expected as i only stopped breast feeding 2 mths ago) Arm - 28cm (no change) [right]
To be compeletly honest after this baby i hav been LAZY!!!! i had a few birth related injuries and i just couldnt get motivated!!! but now i'm back at work, i'm on my feet all day and i try 2 wear heels as much as possible to work my legs out, so hopefully i'll get a wee bit fitter!!!! the alternative is waking up at 5am and taking my son for a walk in his pram after his bottle, he's been sick lately so this hasnt been an option...
i am sooooo excited to see where this will lead me with my weight goals!!!!

Hi Littleone, that is an awesome result for you, losses everywhere, well done.
You will find that you just don't need sweet things anymore, occassionally you might feel like something sweet but you will only eat half of it, it's an interesting concept especially for me that loves sweet things, maybe I'm just too sweet now !!

well that will be fantastic!!! coz i am a massive sweet tooth and caramel is definitely my vice!!! at the moment i have switched from a caramel tart to a small skinny caramel latte instead (no added sugar or its FAR 2 sweet)...

@ littleone: well done! when i was with the products, my chocolate cravings were lessened and i realy loved it! i didn't have to hurt my feelings because my mind and heart just don't want to eat sweets. keep it up
was a little bit naughty on the weekend and had a few too many to drink - oops which i think has seriously affected my weight loss..
missed 3 days of work because some stupid doctor falsely diagnosed my son with whooping cough when he didn't even have any of the symptoms!!! which meant i had to hang around at home monday, tuesday and wednesday, and with 2 kids at home it was a little hard to fit in the exercise!!! when my 6 mth old son is asleep, my 4 yr old daughter wants all my attention....
So week 2s measurements are -
Weight - 61.2kgs (only 300g but hey a loss is still a loss taking the total loss to 1.5kgs)
Hips - 84.5cms (total of -9.5cms since start) Thigh - 48.5cms (total of -4.5cms since start) [right] Waist - 76cms (total of -9cms since start) Bust - 91 cms (no change since last week so total of -2cms) Arm - 26.5cms (total of -1.5cms since start) [right]
have definitely noticed that although the kgs arent coming off the cms are just shedding away and i will admit that i am actually doing very minimal exercise... exercise and i arent the best of friends!!!!! lol i can definitely notice that my love handles are disappearing when i looking the mirror!!! and my partner is starting to notice it too which is fantastic!!!!
i just need to break that 50kgs barrier!!!! thats the aim for next week to be at least 59kgs, i'm helping my sister-in-law move this weekend and i will be working a full week next week so fingers and toes!!!!!!

I was really lazy/busy and forgot 2 post my progress on Friday...
Week 3 down:
Weight: 60.8kgs (loss of 1.9kgs so far)
Hips: no change total of 9.5cms so far
Thigh: -0.5 (total of 5cms so far) [right]
Waist: - 1 (total of 10cms)
Bust: - 1 (total of 3cms)
Arm: no change total of 1.5cms so far
I have no realised I have probably lost as much as I can with little effort in the exercise department!! i have decided to make sure I do at least 10mins of intense exercise a day as I have 2 very active little ones and a job that has me on my feet moving around a lot of the day so that should make up for it - unfortunately working full time with 2 young ones means I dont have 2 much time for exercise but I'm gonna try and make the effort to make time!!!
