Ok im kind of OVER the waiting, the phone calls, the emails, the excuses. I ordered on the 15th of January and i am STILL WAITING. I doubt that im ever going to get this imaginary order or my money back. I really think that I have been scammed. All I want to do is try this product because it appears that it ACTUALLY works.

Oh no, I ordered mine on the 15th Feb and am still waiting also. I received an email last week which told me to wait another week as it takes a while to come from the states and there is a certain period of time before they deem it to be taking too long!!! I just took a look at my confirmation and it says "please allow 10-14days for delivery". They should state that the product will most likely be coming from USA and it could take longer ( a lot longer). I am considering cancelling my payment and seeing if I get my money back. It is taking too long for me also, and I have had enough, although I am sure not_skinny_yet that you are way more frustrated. Good luck and please keep us posted on when you get your delivery.
yeah i hope not as well, it is just sooooo frustrating! they said they can't track the deliveries, even though its supposed to come by courier? 3 months and counting, at least i havn't put any more weight on while ive been waiting...LOL...what else can i do! unreal.
@ not skinny yet, this is NOT a scam as a lot can attest to that from this forum. maybe your order was just an isolated case and sorry that happened to you. orders seem to be very good since late last year. i hope yours is on its way now.
@ aussie jo: don't worry, products seem to be delivered in less than 1 week. not skinny yet's order may have been another case.

Yeah, because its past the '30 days' since the initial order was made, im probably going to struggle getting my money back as well....soooo many excuses, out of stock in oz, coming from usa, dont deliver to where you live, sending it to you by australia post...blah blah blah...cant seem to get a straight answer from any of the consultants. Hope that you dont get messed around as much as i have been :)

Oh not yet skinny and sarah I am so sorry to hear that you haven't gotten your orders yet. The site isn't a scam because I ordered mine the second last week of feb and I got it about a week later. Don't give up, I hope it arrives soon. :)
Yes ive been in frequent contact with the consultants by email and by phone, unfortunately each time there seems to be yet another excuse or reason as to why the order hasnt arrived. They have also re-issued my order after they said it must have got lost in the mail(my post code isnt in the company's courier delivery area). Parcels sent by standard mail dont recieve a tracking number either, 10-14 working days doesn't equal 15th January >21 March. Wouldnt delivery issues like this make it difficult to know when to re-order replacement product, to keep up with your dialy dosage.
I would like to believe that this is just an isolated incident and that hopefully my order will eventually turn up...but i have seen other comments on the forum regarding these same sort of problems.
The positive feedback on the forum and reading how well this product has worked for so many people is why I continue to wait and wait and wait for the delivery.

Hi not yet skinny, I understand how you feel right now.. I just want to tell you that don't feel that you were been scammed by this site.. I'm a user of this product for almost 5 months now and I never had any problem with their delivery I always got mine on time and safe.. As Danag said don't give up, here's hoping for your product to show up soon.. :) Keep us posted.. ;)

That's not a nice thing to say marga of course they're real. They are just pissed off because they haven't received their products yet. I dont blame them either "not skinny yet" has been waiting since the 15th January that's a bloody long time.

Have you actually spoke to a person there? Because you've been waiting wwaaayyyy to long. I don't think anyone's ever had to wait as long as you have. It's bloody ridiculous.

Belle, putting my order in tomorrow or tonight depending on a friend as she is starting to. So ordering the $200 one. I put my last order in on the second last week of Feb and pretty sure I got a week later.
NYS i agree with Belle, try being demanding maybe that might work I am not sure. Have you tried to re-order it?

Thank-you Belle, Of course we are real Marga, but obviously we are having the same problem and are pissed off for being given the run around!! I didn't think it would take so long for delivery and when you hear that other people have received their products even after ordering after you it makes you wonder.

I will order mine next week as I don't have any money this week. Should have ordered them last week but had to buy clothes for my spoilt brat of a teenager. I won't be doing that again I am putting myself first for a change.

No Belle, no order yet, although I have had an email on the forum from a lovely lady who is going to look into it for me...fingers crossed. I really want to get started and now that the weather is cooling down, I am much more inclined to want to exercise!!
I have run out of tablets myself because I spent the money on my daughter instead. I won't be doing that again, she's so ungrateful. I'm going to place another order next Wednesday.
I am still sticking to my diet and exercise but finding it a bit harder because the a/s curbs my appetite. So I'm eating more than usual but trying to substitute junk food with healthy food.

It is so hard to find the motivation sometimes to lose the weight, if only it was as easy to get off as it is to put on!! i am hoping that the AS helps curb my appetite too. I am home most days with the baby and find I snack a lot and chocolate and lollies are my downfall. Of well.
You should definately spend money on yourself - kids (as much as we love them) have no idea of how much things cost and do expect to be able to have whatever they want whenever they want it. I have a few years before I will have a teenager but I am already expecting the worst - they learn at such a young age and my 5 year old daughter already has an attitude that makes me cringe sometimes.
I know what you mean, the trick is to only by a small supply of chocolate and buy some fruit instead. I ate a summer roll today which is only 764 kjs compared to a chocolate which is 1166kj. I also have pineapple and apples to eat instead of junk food.

If I am in good diet mode, I usually eat a lot of fruit salad and I limit my chocolate to a freddo frog if I get the urge for a fix. It is just about discipline and will power. I can usually manage the food side Ok, it is the exercise that does me, but now it is cooler I can go for a walk in the middle of the day when I seem to have more time. Afternoons are just crazy and the mornings impossible.
Yay, I finally got my first order today after initially placing the order on the 15th Feb.... - thank-you Nadyne for your help in speeding up or chasing up or whatever magic you worked for me in getting my AS!!! Am excited to start and see how I go.
Finally Sarah, make up a progress page so we can see how you go each week, and you may have already done it but give us some details, how much you want to lose how you plan on doing it that sort of thing

Thanks everyone for your support. Haven't started taking them yet but will start tomorrow - have been away so thought it best to wait till I was home. A few questions for everyone - when do you take your tablets...before meals, when you wake up and then again later, Do you take the CC and AS together?? Does anyone still take vitamins as well as the AS? I take a multi vitamin but wondered if it is worthwhile while taking the AS? I will start a thread on my progress shortly.
As far as I know Acai has no multi vitamins in it so keep taking your vitamins, it's best to take it before meals as it supresses your appetite, if it can do that before you eat then you eat less, I take my afternoon ones around 4pm that way it's well and truly kicked in by dinner time and it helps with the 3.30 munchies !
