If you dont get paid on time again threaten to take him to court that normally gets peoples buts into great "i forgot" and "it's gone in" aren;t acceptable next time ask him for a receipt number (i hope there isnt a next time) but if there is and he really has put in in he'll have a receipt number to give you that way you will know if hes lying or not coz no one would lose a receipt number to do with banking!
I actually work for four different real estate agents and they all pay me seperately. It's a pain in the bum...I'm just thankful that I get some child support/family tax benefit.

I mean I really want to get another job to make more money....I can't really say that at a job interview can I? So dinkidi is saying that I should say that I want to get back into the workforce now that Natasha is older.
I'm not very good at job interviews so I wanted to be prepared for this one and try and make a good impression.
BTW I just checked my bank account Phil has finally paid his invoice. It's only a week late I suppose I shouldn't complain.

Natasha told me this morning that the kids at her school say our car is a s#it box and it is a s#itbox so maybe if I make a bit more money I could buy another car. BTW I told Natasha to tell her friends if they ever call my car a s*itbox again I am going to hunt them down and kill them. LOL

What was Natasha's response? Tell Natasha to give you some money so that you can buy another car. James keeps asking me to buy a van, I say grow me a money tree in the backyard then. He looks at me very strange. By the way I know that you were joking about her friends. hahaha

Natasha doesn't have any money to give me to buy a new car. At least I own my car I bet most of her friends parents are in debt up to their earballs just so they can drive around in a new car. I couldn't cope if I had to pay of a loan ATM I already get stressed out enough when it comes to money as you know.

I was trying to be funny...hahaha.....actually I meant eyeballs. LOL
The interview went quite well but when he asked me what my dream job was I said "Dog Trainer" DDDDDEEEEEERRRRRRR I probably shouldn't of said that. I thought I might be in with a chance cause I saw that there were only six candidates for the job but then he told me that he'd been holding interviews Monday and again on Wednesday. Anyway it was good experiece for me and I thought I did a lot better at this job interview than the last one so that's a good thing.

I know I'm usually hilarious but not this time I'd been outside doing exercises and was probably experiencing a rush of adrenaline at the time.
My next door neighbour (unit 8) was grunting at me this morning. But it's all good when I turned around she was doing this thing with her hands that indicated that I'd lost weight and then she minicked walking and I was trying to tell her that it was diet and exercise. So I was pretending to eat...I hope she knew what I meant. She was trying to tell me that I'd lost weight and I was trying to tell her how I'd done it.
Actually It was pretty funny now that I think of it.

LMAO it's funny now with me thinking about it and you doing it !
I know it was funny. It gets pretty frustrating not being able to communicate with her we usually just write each other notes. She is an older lady and I guess back when she was a kid they weren't as advanced as they are these days and all they would of taught was hand signals.

I had to sit downstairs at work today and it's so bloody noisy. They have a big screen TV playing music alllll day and they do tend to get overexcited as well (most of them are very young). I have a bloody neck ache now from the way I was hunched over the desk because I had to try and block out all the noise so I could talk to people on the phone.
I much prefer to sit upstairs it's a lot more peaceful up there. OMG am I showing my age ???

You love your peace and quiet to work I can understand that. My laptop is going flat will come back on when kids are in bed. LOL your not that old Belle
Natasha has sent me a message on facebook asking me for $40..she is unbelievable. I have spent well over $100 this week on her and she's done no chores and she wants money. OH MY GOD...I can't believe it...she is going to a concert today which I had to pay $50 for and she expects another $40. Oh my god....I'm almost in tears....I really don't believe she can be so greedy.

oh my Belle you have spent a lot of money on Natasha this week. My mum never gave me that much money when we were teenagers as we couldn't afford it, as a teenager tho I always tried to get money out of my parents If you can not afford to give her money Belle than simply say no. She can crack all she wants buit as I say to James that money doesn't grown on trees. *hugs*
The thing that upsets me the most is that she knows I can't afford to give her that much money and she still has the hide to ask me. I have told her the reason I can't afford to buy a new car is because I spend most of my money on her. Her friends say that her car (well mine actually) is a s*it box....the little s*its so I just tell her to tell them that I can't afford to buy one until she gets a job. Oh and the computor is also a piece of s*it and we need to get a new tv because we don't have digital. I told her I'm just getting a set top box because I can't afford to buy a new TV either. ggggrrrrrrr it makes me soooo mad.

@ belle: dana is right, just say NO to her. teenagers are like that today. you just need to be the boss. what will she do with another $40? did she tell you?
Belle, your doing a great job at being a parent and at this point your doing a better job than me. Belle you provide enough for Natasha and always give her what you can. She is always going to want something new or something that her friends have as she is a teenager and we were all like that as well. I guess all you can do is tell Natasha straight that you are not able to give her everything that she wants. Start showing her how much money you get and then show her just how much money goes on rent, bills, food, fuel etc. Once she starts seeing it for herself she might start changing. Its worth a try.
I think you should look into legal aid and seeing if you can take them to court not paying you the correct amount is forgivable once or twice but then with holding money you worked for or only half paying you is wrong and illegal. Even if you get a letter drawn up from a laywer stating if they do not pay you by ..... then you will be taking matters further, also add the press will find out how unfairly they treat their employers. I'm sure that will do wonders for business (not) they wouldnt want bad press so maybe it will give them the kick up the ***.
...
In the world today it must be worse then when I was at high school with peer pressure ect to have the latest stuff, but we all got through high school not having in fashion things and so will your daughter :) you're doing a great job belle and your daughter will one day see you're doing your best with what you have. Perhapse show her the budget, all of it every outstanding bill, how much is in the account and where your pays go. It will help her understand why you have to say no. Why she cant have things everyone else has.
Also maybe taking her to centrelink and try getting her youth allowence.
The thing I don't like about youth allowance, and this may sound strange or selfish to some people, money has been going into my daughters account since she was born for the purpose of buying a car, helping with a deposit for a house or for uni, when she was living with Steve and I, she wasn't entitled to youth allowance, she moved to her dads (bad mistake!) this year and was entitled to it according to his wage, but she can't get it until the mine in her bank has gone. She doesn't even have access to that account, although it's in her name. They don't promote saving money anymore, which is really sad, kids have lost that ability to be able to have some rainy day money like we were taught.

That sucks. You might have to try the old, old fashioned way of saving...like my Great Aunty May did. When I moved into her house (after she went into the nursing home)I found rolls of money stashed around the house.

The thing with any centrelink allowance is they want you to have nothing in your account when you go to them to apply, then why you are on their payments you can have up to 10,000 saved before it affects your payments however every center is different in what amount you get and what you have to do to qualify. There's one she could get but it comes under unreasonable to live at home. Not sure if you'd want to do that or not. If they do it anymore or not been ages since I've had help from CL.
Belle it could just be for a reference like a personal one. Its odd though my friend didn't have to do any of that when he got his car loan.
