hi i bought acaislim and advance colon some time ago and haven't got round to starting it. i read 2 cap a day. can someone tell me if the dosage is take 2 once a day or 1 twice a day and what about the colon cleanser. sick of being fat a keen to start. thanks
Start with 1 AcaiSlim and 1 Colon Cleanse in the morning and 1 of each at dinner time, if you can remember them take them before meals it helps supress your appetite so you won't eat so much.
Also, drink lots of water it helps things work better, try and eat healthier and if you can fit in some exercise to help it all along too.
Start your own progress page and keep us posted on how you go, what you want to lose etc etc.

It can be done Rodge, Belle was about that weight and she is down to where you want to be using AcaiSlim, also Khloekobe has done really well losing about the same amount. I'm not doing as well as they are I'm not as focused and I don't want to change some things in my lifestyle, but I am going down, although slowly (except for this week after my week of indulgence !)

I suggest you to start first with 2 a/s and 2 c/c each day.. You may increase your dose after a week or two. The maximum you can take each day is 4 for a/s and 2 for c/c.. :)

i have a question. how soon did people start to notice any changes with energy, weight loss? also, when you use advance colon cleanser, do you get a problem of running to the toilet.
Welcome to the forum, I noticed change in my weight a week later. I am loosing a kg a week now and have been on it since March. Haven't heard of advance, I've had UCC since I started last year.
There are no problems of needing to find a toilet quickly, not that I have experienced or read about here, so rest assured you can remain unembarresed !
You should start to notice changes within a day or so, maybe a week but I doubt it, you should have more energy, less appetite, you skin will become clearer and your hair and nails stronger, that's what I found anyway.

I saw weight loss results in just 1 week of using A/S and C/C.. I also felt more energetic because of the pills.. I did not encounter any toilet problem with cc, it just made my toilet habit go regular.. :)
@ rodge: welcome to the forum. the regular dose is 2 AS and 2 CC. you can take 1 AS and 1 CC before breakfast then 1 AS and 1 CC before dinner so effects will take place the whole day.
results vary depending on how your body reacts to the pills. some saw results in 1 week, some in 2 weeks. but in my case, i got results in 1 week. best of luck on your weight loss journey.

i got confused in here. you said you bought yours a while ago and you already have the products? did you order online from http://acaislim.com.au/ or from a local store? we buy our products online.
i think you have a different colon cleanser. this is the first time i have heard of "advance cc" in months that i have been in this forum. i am familiar with ultra cc and quick slim cleanse only.
