hey all, yes all the same goal...

Belle, where do you get that miss jess and I already know eachother, we met on this thread, then started talking with private messages and msn.

doing well, At the moment, starting to feel better, lost a couple grams.... :) still pretty happy with that.

having to get my wisdom teeth taken out soon, one is coming in sideways, ouch... hate the dentist,
they are shattering my tooth, sounds brutal, not looking forward to that, funny too, my puppy dog, he's getting his tooth taking out as well.
we dont find that funny, just that he needs dental work the same time as me :) that god for dog health care...

partner and I put new bedroom set on layby, eureka street, nice solid wood.
we have also put our wedding reception booked, and photographer, just gotta find a celebrant that does Monday wedding
without charging us a fortune. I mean really, $300 extra for weekday? saving thousands by having wedding on Monday though,
by happy accident it fell on our anniversary too.

I also finished my first course, barrista, now onto a few other things, to help me get paid job ready......

very exciting times, things are looking on the up, so happy, and I know its gonna get better

Love to all

@ ducky: sorry to hear about your wisdom tooth extraction. i also had mine removed before and had to rest for 3 days because it was considered minor operation. how many will your dentist remove?

congrats on your upcoming wedding! $300 extra? that's a lot! when are you getting married?

@ belle: what they did on mine is cut the gums and pick it from there. had mine done in 30-45 mins. procedure depends on how your bones react. glad my bones were cooperative then so my dentist did not have a hard time.

Was in hospital, only flowers delivered... And yes thankyou, cutting gums then shattering teeth, something. they can do now, meant to be less tramatic... still sounds brutal to me lol. Getting married october next year :) exciting, partner & I planning early so closer to wedding can just relax instead of usual stress we keep hearing about.. :) with your wisdom teeth removal could you talk afterwards, hearing horror stories...

@ ducky: am not a fan of dentists and doctors as well. though my dad was a dentist. lol. omg both at the bottom? that's too brutal. if only they can remove just one, so you can still eat and chew on the other side. but your dentist knows it all, maybe both need to be removed at once so you'll feel the pain once too.

I have said before how many tablets I take and my weight, however because of drama that people like to have the posts have been deleted.
I started off with 1 acai slim and 1 colon cleanse per day, I am now on what I think is a good dose of 2 Acai slim in morning and 1 at night, I dont take colon cleanse everyday because I dont want to get a dependance on it.
I have fresh juice everyday, as well as wheatgrass juice, (not the tastiest but super good for you, in my juice i have purple carrots, (super high in antioxidant) I also eat organic where I can, and have no processed foods, i allow myself a treat if i feel like it, either some liquorish or a milkyway. what I put into my body is super important, and because of it I have seen brilliant results, my water weight is gone and now fat remains, (not for too long I hope)

Last week I lost about 130grams, but I still felt happy with that.
I put on a bit of weight when i was in hospital, so now my new goal is to get under 90kg, then work from there.

I weight 93.6kg...

I am hoping to turn my wisdon teeth removal as a good thing, and do a juice cleanse during the days eating will be too painful.
Still am scared about shattering, just sounds brutal, but the dentist knows whats she's doing, at least I hope so, :)

I wasn't in hospital for my Batista course, things were misinterpreted, but not like anyone cares, I did the course, not my dream job,
but it's going to help me get back into the work force after so long out of it... excited about it, then i think I might go back to uni, not sure yet...i even tried coffee for the e, not my fort-ay lol

exciting times, still alot to work out, but my weight loss is on track, and that at least makes me feel like I'm in the right direction..

hugs to all

your welcome, i just hope things can be mature and respectable...

P.S, I urge you all to give wheatgrass a go, I no it tastes, like, well grass, but pop a bit of juiced apple and it eases the taste.
But wheatgrass has so many great benefits, both internally and externally, i feel healthier eachday, my skin is looking better and my hair is growing faster...
along with acai tablets i think it's a great body loving combination.

beats coffee to me, omg its so strong, felt like my heart was going to beat outta my chest

has anyone seen the acai berry yoghurt ?
saw it at the health food store yesterday, think i might try it, but will it be too much acai in system, ? like when you have to much of a vitamin ?

hey guys.

lost 2 kg's :) now am 96.5 ...... give or take, weighed myself in afternoon, was told morning is better ?

still happy :) really happy :)

in terms of wheat grass not being good for when you have cancer, it's not true, at least thats what my doctors say, I trust them over internet anyday..
anyone can start up a site and claim all kinds of things are bad or good, and they can be false... safest bet is to trust those who are in industry and had the training..

I think its like ghosts and aliens, some people believe they real other dont, it's the same with what people think is good or bad food wise.
I'm sure by the lines I see at maccas on a daily basis that some people think it's good for you......

hope everyone is going well with you weight loss

hugs

I'm a little confused by your posts Ducky you say you've lost 2 kilos but your post 7 days ago says you weigh 93.6 and today's post says 95.6 that's a gain not a loss?????

ah belle, thanks, i typed in the wrong number.....

such a ditz sometimes..
I just weighed myself again to double check... 90.5kgs....
so again I was a bit off with 3.1 kgs loss..

sorry guys was on my phone typing while on bus on way home, I weighed myself with one of those insert $2 weight and height thingo at the shopping centre..
I think I should stick to my scales at home, I think maybe scales differ to each one ?

again, I'm not sure this is 100% accurate, I was told mornings best time to weigh yourself, but i've been doing it at night, not sure if it makes much difference..

Hi Ducky, smile

Congratulations on your weight loss. Before I read your last post as like Belle I was confused also. Mornings is better to weigh yourself as there is nothing in your stomach and I think its more accurate.

You probably already know Ducky but the same sort of time each day is best, therefore after toilet before shower (naked!) is best and most consistent

Congrats on that Ducky! aww I must agree with you Dana. Weighing yourself first thing in the morning is usually best. Because of variations in food and fluid consumption, we often "gain" different amounts of weight throughout the day.
