Hi everyone just a little background on myself Im 20 years old i have a 5month old little boy,
before i got pregnant i weighed 51kgs and by the end of my pregnancy i was 71kgs before i started acaislim i was fluctuating from 58.7kgs to 57.7kgs and after the week and a bit on acaislim i fluctuate from 57.7kgs to 56.7kgs (i really dont know whats up with the .7's lol)
what should i do to get a greater loss.. i know it may seem like i dont actualy weigh that much. but i would love to get my pre pregnacy boys back
Are you having a healthy diet and exercise? It will surely help you lose more weight if you'll accompany a healthy diet and exercise in conjunction with acaislim. :)
i dont eat breakfast, but i eat lunch and dinner and yes they are healthy meals. and i try to do 30mins on a treadmill every night, (when the baby is been good)

try increasing your meals love, have 5 small meals a day if you can. How many tablets a day are you taking? You can slowly increase your dosage to 4 A/S and 2 CC a day if you need to. Its good to hear that you are exercising daily.
How much are you supposed to weigh if you don't mind me asking?

LOL how often have we heard that and not taken any notice. Protein is so important, I'm usually only having two meals a day but I prefer to miss dinner, but this morning I didn't have time for breakfast so had a protein shake just to kick start my metabolism.

I use the Atkins Advanced chocolate shake. Per serve it has 2.6gr carbs and 0.7gr sugar.
I like the taste, they also have a vanilla shake, but I'm a bit partial to chocolate. I have one if I haven't had breakfast or if I've had a reasonably big breakfast and know I'm going out for dinner I have one at lunchtime (not two in the same day)

It's actually used as part of the Atkins diet. It certainly won't give you all the goodness of a healthy diet beu as one mal replacement I can't see why it would hurt if the rest of your diet is balanced

I have weet bix for breakfast I wonder how much protein is in that. There is only 11.5gm of protein in weet bix and 68.4gm of carbs oh dear is that bad?
I actually only count kilojoules and find that works for me. I try and eat a healthy diet but sometimes I just want some chocolate so I just factor it into my daily kilojoule intake. I also have one cheat day a week and find that helpful as well.
Oh and I exercise like a mad woman

Its good that you have increased your dosage, just have a well balanced diet, drink plenty of fluids, exercise and have a positive attitude. Sweetie you will loose the weight in no time.

@ @ babyriver: hi there. it's me marga. nice to know that you have now increased your dose, i hope that works on you. let us know how you go with it. i also suggest you measure yourself to see changes in cms.
@ babyriver: yes, one may actually lose weight but since that person is gaining muscles, scales will weigh the muscles and won't show the fats lost, instead the tape measure will do.
Hi everyone. its been a while now, I stopped taking acaislim around a month and a bit ago now,,, and i have seemed to lose more weight now then when i was on them.. i have no clue how i have done it.. crazy lol
I have found it really hard to lose the last 5 kilos so I'm going to buy myself some more pills. The pills seem to motivate me more as well. I am still doing exercise and counting calories but for me personally I'm going to keep taking them until I get down to my goal weight.

Well I used to be able to lose weight from diet and exercise so I just thought my metabolism needed a bit of an extra boost cause I'm middle aged now. But your theory could also be correct.

I have the same advice with DD, Belle and Dana.. Taking the pills again would help you lose that 2 kg faster.. Besides, we think that it's just now that the pills are working on you, so it is better if you will continue taking them.. :)
Hi everyone! I'm new here. Call me Lizzie. I'm quite confused with what's going on here. So, it took time before AS worked on you Babyriver? When you stopped taking them, that's when you lost weight? You did not go on a diet or anything so I suspect that it still has something to do with the pills, maybe. Did you start taking them again?

@ lizzie: welcome to the boards! babyriver took the pills before but lost a little only i think, so she stopped. good thing is she still lost weight after taking the pills. so we assume that the pills worked a little late. she's now back to taking AS. have you ordered your pills yet?
