I'm so excited to reach my goal but looks like i wasn't spared from that "slowing down syndrome" when you get near the finish line. It's alright though. I feel superb with my weight now but still want to get to my goal. So I will be very patient on this.

@ dinkidi - yeah, i'm also thinkin about that before and after pics. will see. i feel i've developed some habit which helped me in my weight loss process -- the exercise, diet/food choices, water intake, etc. plus i have this forum to visit so i can be reminded every now and then what to do to maintain the ideal weight.
