Awesome Lizzie. Just remember you can increase your dosage to 4 Acai and 2 cc per day if you want to. Can't wait to see your new thread. smile

I've been using a/s for almost a year now and I've only ever taken 2 per day. I have just increased my dose to 4 a/s a day and 2 c/c because I'm finding it very hard to get off the last 6 kilos.

Things are going along quite well, Summer.  I'm not losing in kilos but in grams and that's okay...so long as I'm losing weight, I'm fine with that.  It does not mean, though, that I'm not going to strive harder to start losing some kilos!
