Before A/S, it will take Dave a lifetime to get off the dining table . But now, it's limited to a cup of rice, (if he decides to take carbs) or just a piece of two of chicken legs. I'm 71.5kg now. I'm thinking if it's slow or just right. But anyway, a loss is still a loss. And i haven't tried measuring my waist yet. I will do it later. Maybe the big number is there. LoL.
Thanks for the support ladies. I did my weigh in again this morning. And I didn't lose anything at all. I'm thinking that my scale is not working fine. LoL. But it's okay, I guess. Better luck again next week. Maybe because last Sunday was a total feast for us. I am a fan of MasterChef and tried to immitate some of their pastries. LoL. I started the day cooking and had a family day in our backyard where the kids enjoyed playing with their new swing. LoL.
It's my WI day today. And yes, I lost 300 grams. Yay! I'm back on track. I was able to resist sweets these past days. It's almost 5kg loss for me. Am so happy!
It's the time of the week again. And again, I lost 310 grams. Yey! This is so divine! Now I weigh 70.94kg.
Last Thursday, my mom came to visit the kids. The kids had so much fun playing with grannie and I was busy cooking pasta for them and baked some oatmeal cookies too. To stay away from the carbs and sweets, I made ceasar salad, inspired by Donna Hay from MasterChef AU. It was a stunning dish. hahaha! Right, Dave?
Anyway, the kids had fun and so is mom! Just want to share. Hahahah
So it's Wednesday once again, and it's weigh in day! This morning, I woke up at 7 in the morning and felt very confident putting myself on the scales. I did very well this past week. Last weekend, we attended the birthday of our friend's son. It was indeed a great party. The kids enjoyed it. It's an Italian themed party and the pasta are all around the house. My kids loved the spaghetti bolognese in tomato sauce. Dave had a few bites of the garlic bread only and a small share of pesto. Good thing, Natty served salad that day. So that's all I had.
Well, when i put on my feet to the scale, and the dreaded red line start moving, i was crossing my finger on a big loss. And voila! i now weigh 70.44. it's 500grams for me this week.
