That's great Summer...I think a lot of people make excuses to not exercise and one of them is "I can't exercise because I'm in pain" and they just sit at home and turn into morbidly obese losers. So it's great that you could exercise through the pain. Well Done

Yes Lizzie, I'm glad too that AS has nothing to do with it. Cos i don't wanna stop taking the pills. Well, it might be stress and over fatigue. I weigh in this morning and had a 200g loss which is good because despite the sickness, I still manage to work out, somehow.
Great job on losing that 200 grams and being able to exercise even if you were not feeling well. Do you still experience back pain?

Dave grilled some chicken and pork bbq today. I did good. After i had lunch, that's the time I weigh in. Lol. Anyway, I lost 300 grams from my last weeks work. So happy.
Thank you ladies. My birthday week is done and so am I. Well, I suppose it's okay to treat myself from last week's, week-long celebration. LoL. I still took my pills and did a little exercise, but I admit, I ate a lot. Last Sunday, my family and friends were all here. Which is why I wasn't ablet to weigh in. It was indeed a busy day for all. Anyway, I did my weigh in, Monday morning, but we lost internet connection so I wasn't able to update you guys. I lost 200 grams last week. I guess, i still had my birthday gift though I ate too much.
It's been two weeks, I guess since my last progress update. I'm so much into walking right now. I make it sure to do it everyday for at least 45 minutes. I'm planning to increase my time in a few days. I just have to warm up first. Lol. Anyway, it paid off. I lost a total of 500 grams over the last couple of weeks.

You should be very proud of yourself. That's heaps of walking in one whole week, Summer. You're doing a mighty fine job!
I still kept my 45 minute plan everyday! Now I realized how important walking really is. It really makes you feel healthier, a lot better! I just stepped out from our scale and I lost 200 this week. I've been with acai for nearly ten months now and my total loss is 19kg. It was really hard for me to loose a kilo then. I'm thankful how as changed me. It also changed my lifestyle. I didn't rely on it alone but worked with it!
I prepared grilled chicken for the family today. And boiled veggies. The kids didn't like them. Well, I had to fry 'em some. I just lost a few from this week. Well it's okay. It's a hundred grams anyway. So I'm happy with it.
I agree Dinkidi. I would still be happy even if it's just a gram. It's hard to lose grams in my age. So whatever comes up should be accepted whole heartedly! And I know I did my very best!

You could stir fry the veges in a little olive oil. I use cold pressed olive oil and stir fry my veges it's pretty yummy and not to many calories.

I haven't had any a/s for ages because I reached my weight goal. I have put on weight so decided to get another bottle...I ordered it last Thursday I think so was wondering how long it's been taking.

Hi! It's been two weeks now, I guess, that I haven't updated my progress thread. Well, may laptop is really acting up weird. I guess I have to change my battery. Anyway, I haven't checked my numbers yet for the past days, I wanna be surprised when weekend comes. LoL.
I ordered my new bottle last Monday, I hope it will come here on time.
