Hi Stephie. Dave is fine. He's still into AS but he rarely finds time to weigh every week and to log in. He's happy that he can see and feel the result. But for me, I'd rather see the result via scale. Numbers don't lie. LoL.
I lost 200 grams for this week. I'm blaming the cake that I baked last Wednesday. A friend gave me few recipes for easy to bake cakes. I just tried one. I started with the buttered one. And it's a success! Oh well, my scale proved it's success.
your husband, Dave, seem like a very busy man. he must be real important at work. you, of course, are very important at home...as a wife and a mum.
Oh well, another baking weekend passed. And I'm really loving it. Though I managed to lose another 200 grams, I felt like it should have been more if I didn't finish all the scrap from my baking lessons. LoL. Dave is also blaming me for his little loss this week. But who cares, the kids are enjoying the cake.
thanks for that tip Belle. i used to eat 3 slices of cake but right now i don't know yet how my body would react when i see a cake (chocolate in particular) LOL
Hi ladies! How have you all been? I'm doing well and after seeing your posts, I just realized that it's almost a month since I last updated. Was just so busy these past few weeks. Anyway, yes, i'm still into baking. And yes, I do exercise because I know my baking will turn me into a fat lady once again. So I make suscre that after baking, I'm all done with those pieces. I only eat them during tasting, for the finish product, I leave it all to my family. LoL.
It's been a month, and I just got off my scale, just now. Surprisingly, I still lost a few. 1kg to be exact. Oh well, I think it's more than what I deserve. That's why I was surprised huh.
I just cooked tuna pasta today. And yes, it's carbs. But I don't really care that much, because I know acai is always there to help me. LoL. Anyway, my kids liked it and so do I. It's still fine, I lost 300 grams from last week. So it's just fine. LoL
@Belle: I can't have a whole cake at home.. I might be tempted to have more than two slices in a day.. But if I eat too much, I'll make sure I'd sweat it out on my exercise!

All the dramas that I went through. All the bullying that I sometimes get from some kids at the grocery. And all the unhealthy feeling that I was in. They're now all gone! I must say, I owe this to Acai and to my husband, Dave who's always been supportive.
I'm glad I'm fit and healthier.
Now the challenge for me is to maintain it. I hope I can...
Thanks everyone! Been running a lot lately to maintain my weight. I still take acai, though. But only twice a week, just for maintenance. And it's still doing miracles. Cos now that I'm not really working out to lose weight, I still do. Currently I'm at 50kg flat.
