Thank you, Dinkidi, Belle, Calixte, Stephie and Betty.  Happy to say I lost 600gms today.  I've now lost a total of 11.1kgs in 4 months.

 

From 78kgs to 60kgs

Current weight:  66.9 kilos

There's just no stopping the holidays!  Ugh!hmm  I lost only 400gms today but I have all the festivities as my excuse.biggrin  I've now lost a total of 11.5kgs in 17 weeks.

18th week, no loss.  Total weight loss is still 11.5kgs.

And...it's weigh in day again today...I was almost afraid to step onto the scales but I at least lost 200gms.  19 weeks in and total now is 11.7kgs!

 

From 78kgs to 60kgs

Current weight:  66.3 kilos

Thanks, Felicity.  Thank you all!  Still going slow...I lost only 100gms.  Been on AS for 5 months now and total loss is 11.8 kilos so far.  Still happy it was a loss.

Yes!  I agree with you all.  Thank you all so much for never getting tired of being supportive.  Picking up the pace now.  Lost 400gms.  So far, I've lost a total of 12.2kgs in 21 weeks now.
