I've had a lot of dramas with digital scales and revert back to using the tape measure from time to time.

i think tape measures still work best. i have mine as a back up should i not see any results on the my old scales.

Tape measures give a more accurate measurement and also gives you the information you need to be able to target different areas, but they don't always change enough, that's why I have a combination of both.

thanks dinkidi! yes, and you are one of my inspirations for continuing. glad the pills worked on me!
thanks belle. great job on your losses! hopefully, you'll soon lose cm around your waist. am having a hard time losing cm around my waist too, that's why am spending more time using the twist board.
thanks betty, stephie, lizzie, chelsea and summer!

i weighed in few minutes ago (yes, i know morning is the best time to weigh in, but felt so positive about myself today) to see if i have lost the excess 1 kilo and good news! from 61kg i am now weighing 59.9 kg! that is 1.1 kilo loss in 1 week! so so happy here! the positive feeling was true!

Start Weight: 71.4 kg
Goal Weight: 60 Kg
Current Weight: 59.9 kg
Weight to lose: 0 kg
Total weight loss - 11.5 kg

i still have few pills left in the bottle. do you think i should still take those? i don't want to lose too much weight. i am fine with 59.9 kg. i will continue my healthy diet and treadmill/twist board exercise.

thanks for all the support and advices. i wouldn't reach this weight without your help.

i weighed myself this morning and sad to gain 100 grams. it's ok though because i know i'll gain some weight from the christmas party yesterday. anyway, i am still at 60 kg. i will spend more time on the treadmill after i post this.

thank you dinkidi. yes, i'll keep them and take maybe 1 when exercise and diet won't help me lose what i have gained.
thanks cookie, of course you can do it hun.stay positive and dedicated. you are consistently losing weight so that's a good sign that the pills work on you. eventually, you'll be at your weight goal.
hi badmintonplayer/lily, start being confident in yourself. you have lost kilograms from playing your sport so that's something to be proud of. just enjoy the ride!
lizzie and betty, thank you ladies! keep up the good work, ok?

tata for now. off to treadmill..

Hi Stephie and Kelly, thanks to both of you.
Hi cookie, I am now taking the pills again. I am expecting to gain more weight as Christmas season is coming. So i am taking 1 AS and 1 CC per day, just to help with appetite suppression. I still do exercise and eat in moderation.

I think it's okay to have a splurge over Christmas. I know I will be...it's okay to have a couple of days off just as long as you go back to your diet and don't fall back into bad habits.

I'm expecting to gain weight as well because Christmas is our Family reunion as well. A lot of food will be served.

I agree with Belle. I think it's fine to have cheat days this Christmas season. We just have to get back on track as soon as we can.

Lizzie is right.  There's really nothing to worry about.  This season comes only once a year, so it's okay to enjoy, A/S will be there to limit your food intake and C/C will do the rest in cleansing you.  I'm not really bothered. LoL smile
