It took Summer thirty minutes before she finished weighing herself. I think I need to buy my own scales huh. I don't know if she has to do some meditations on the scales to give her good numbers. Hahaha. Kidding.
Anyway, i'm on a 300grams loss for this week. That's pretty good, yeah. Had some pasta and few drinks over the weekend. So i expect a little loss.
Did you hear any chants while she was in there weighing in? Hahahah! Maybe, it helps her get great results. Great effort, Dave!
I had my weigh in last Thursday, I wasn't feeling really well last week so I wasn't able to weigh myself. But I think, my appetite loss (because, I was a little sick) helped me lose 400 grams. I'm feeling better now (bec of my lovely wife) and I'm hoping for a better number this coming Wednesday. I already talked to her about getting another scale. Hahaha. She said yes. On grocery day, we're gonna go to scales area first and grab one for myself.

@Bigdaddy: I'm happy to hear you are ok now. I bet your wife's care for you was the cure. Congrats on losing 400 grams. You are lucky than me because I only lost 300 grams. Keep it up! :)
Yes UglyBetty, it's scales day today. I now weigh 140.4 kg. I know I did well this past week. I increased the time I devote to exercise. Despite my busy work schedule, I still find time to do walking and a little running. Plus, the car cleaning, garage cleaning and lawn cleaning helped me sweat it all out. Lol.

Appreciate your support girls. Anyway, Summer did a good job from our last weigh in. And sad to say, I didn't. I only loss a hundred grams which led me to a flat 140kg weight. That's fine, anyway. I am solely responsible for it. Summer is really doing well in cooking and I can't say no to her menu. We just placed an order for our next bottles. I gave away 1 bottle to one of my friends. He needs it more than I do, actually.

I think any sort of loss is good BigDaddy don't put yourself down. Just keep plodding along and all that weight will add up and you will eventually get to your goal weight.

Here I am again, updating my personal diary. Well, I really have no time to do real-time updating. I can only log once or twice a week at home and we're restricted to do so in the office. Anyway, I stepped on the scale last Friday morning before going to work. I was surprised to see a 200 gram loss for me. Honestly, I didn't expect it. I wasn't really good last week. Not that I'm bad but I guess, it wasn't the "me" that I expected to be. No exercise. Had a lot of soda and junkies. And had fast food deliver almost every day. We are rushing up on reports in the office since it's almost year ending. I am swamped with work, I must say. And food is the only companion me and my colleagues could have to keep us all awake and goin.
But I still take my a/s twice and my c/c once to at least balance everything. Well, it worked. I was thinking of a weight gain actually. But hey, a/s worked in magic.
That's good Dave, it is a difficult time of year, I'm having issues with food too, too much eating out, but I have made time to go for walks to try and compensate, not always easy though!

It's really the time where feasts and celebrations and parties are every where. It's hard to resist. Lol. But yes, you're right, walking and some exercising will compensate.
