thank you all so much!  it was a great Christmas!  it's going to show on my result today...lost only 200gms but i'm not so worried.  i'll get right back on track...well, after the new year's.  hahah!biggrin  15 weeks now and still counting...total is 6.3kgs!  happy new year!

thanks, Betty and Lizzie!  i was so scared to weigh in earlier and i had every reason to be.  i gained 100gms...thanks to NYE!  had too much fun, i guess!  like i said, i'll get right back on track after the new year's.wink   4 months now and total is 6.2kgs!

thank you so much for believing in me, Belle.  thank you all so much for having faith in me.aww  todays weigh in result is definitely a lot better!  me and my treadmill, i think, died a little but we did great all in all!   i lost 600gms!  17 weeks now and total is 6.8kgs!

thanks dinkidi, Belle, Summer and Lizzie!  just want to let you know that i weighed in last thur and i'm sorry i couldn't be here that day.  anyhoo...i lost 500gms.  total weightloss is now 7.9 kilos!  been on AS for 17 weeks now.
