I weighed in today to see what weight I'm starting the year with.

I have not lost any from my last weigh in. So sitting now at 73.5 kg.
I promise to do something to increase my loss next weigh in.

Ladies, you are absolutely right! I should be happy I didn't gain any weight, and now I'm definitely back on track!

Week 21 & 22 - weight now 71kg (lost 2.5 kg) whoeeee!!!!

11 kilos to go!  biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

I thought I posted my week 23 & 24 results but it did appear here. Well, anyway, here's an update which I'm really proud of --

Week 23 & 24 - weight 68kg (lost 3 kg)
Week 25 & 25 - weight 65.2kg (lost 2.8 kg)

@ dinkidi - i absolutely feel wonderful and bloody sexy, lol!

@ Irish and Belle - I'm really thankful that my body is responding soooo positively to acaislim that it gives me this much weight loss each fortnight. Maybe because in my younger years I used to have fast metabolism. I never got fat no matter how much I ate of the most fattening food on hand. How I wish I could get back to that state.

I can't believe it! I'm so disappointed :(
why the sudden drop?
I was doing so well these past 6 weeks then bam!
Oh well, on the positive note, it's still a loss of 0.2kg

Week 27 & 28 - weight 65.0kg (lost 200g)

Chelsea, don't worry your next weigh-in will be great! I am really inspired by how fast you have lost the weight. Could you tell me a bit about your routine (calorie consumption , types of food, exercise, etc)? Just looking at your weight of 73.5kg on 2nd Jan.. you have lost 8.5 kg in less than 2 months, that it amazing for someone as small as you!! I would love to know some of your secrets :)

Thanks for the encouragement, dinkidi. You may be right. My weight loss increase a bit now. Managed to lose 500g this time.

No secrets really, NewMe. I just eat in small portions just what acaislim let me do. I just eat what I think is healthy. Walking/jogging is a daily habit, not much, just around 30 min to an hour each day.

Thank you, Belle. I did what I usually do but I guess it's really slowing down now.

Thanks, Summer, Lizzie, Stephie. I'm good now. I'm beginning to accept that I'm slowing down now that I'm almost at my weight goal.
