@ Irish and Belle - I'm really thankful that my body is responding soooo positively to acaislim that it gives me this much weight loss each fortnight. Maybe because in my younger years I used to have fast metabolism. I never got fat no matter how much I ate of the most fattening food on hand. How I wish I could get back to that state.

I can't believe it! I'm so disappointed :( why the sudden drop? I was doing so well these past 6 weeks then bam! Oh well, on the positive note, it's still a loss of 0.2kg

Chelsea, don't worry your next weigh-in will be great! I am really inspired by how fast you have lost the weight. Could you tell me a bit about your routine (calorie consumption , types of food, exercise, etc)? Just looking at your weight of 73.5kg on 2nd Jan.. you have lost 8.5 kg in less than 2 months, that it amazing for someone as small as you!! I would love to know some of your secrets :)

Thanks for the encouragement, dinkidi. You may be right. My weight loss increase a bit now. Managed to lose 500g this time.
No secrets really, NewMe. I just eat in small portions just what acaislim let me do. I just eat what I think is healthy. Walking/jogging is a daily habit, not much, just around 30 min to an hour each day.
