@Shaz: I am only taking 2 tablets per day. I increased my dose to 3 per day for about a month then now I am back to 2 per day.

Weight loss this week: 200 grams. I just noticed that the nearer I am getting to my weight goal the lesser losses I get every week.

Weight loss does slow down the nearer you get to your goal...I think reason you lose big amounts when you first start losing is because your losing water weight. Anyway 200gm is a good loss.
