Hi, Irish. Congratulations on your weight loss.
Noticed you lost 800g in one week and 1.3 kg on another.
That's a total of 2.1 kg in 2 weeks. Is that the average loss expected when you take acaislim?
I'm still quite new here and just took my first weigh in today after 4 weeks.
I lost 2 kg for a 4 week span and I think it's quite low compared to yours.
Is there something else that I need to do to increase weight loss?
No regular exercise at the moment but I manage to walk 30 min on sat and sun.

Perhaps, if rou increase your exercise.  But you know, each one of us is different...Irish just happens to lose weight quicker than some of us, I think.

Hi longlegslangley. If you have time try to increase your time in exercising. That helps. If I have time I do walking for about an hour a day.

Today's loss is not that high but still a loss.

Weight loss this week: 300 grams

17.1 kg more!

I agree with you Irish. A loss is still a loss.  I guess Dinkidi is right, we may reach the point that we will have a slow movement.  But what's important is the consistency.

That's what I used to do...every Sunday I'd go for a ninety minute walk...I called it my "Last chance training" session.

Yes I remember that "last chance training" of yours. I just had a 40 minute of walking this morning. Today is my weigh in day and here's my result.

I lost 900 grams! smile
