Here's what I lost for the past 3 weeks
Week 4 - lost 1.3 kg (88 kg) Week 5 - lost 1 kg (87 kg) Week 6 - lost 1 kg (86 kg ) ---- current weight
I'd been a good girl and had cut down a lot on carbo and fats. Ate less of course, thanks to AS.

It was indeed a happy new year with all the treats everywhere! Enjoyed myself from Christmas til new year and still got myself 500g loss. What a treat!

What a good way to start the year Felicity! Keep it up! As for me, I haven't checked my current weight yet. I'm guilty of what I did these past few weeks. LoL
Nice work, 600gr is awesome and about where you need to be, losing that amount consistently is a great way to keep it all off in the long run, it's not a short journey we are on, it's a life changing one, and that doesnt happen overnight

It most certainly doesn't happen overnight. I didn't weigh myself for a month because I thought I'd lose weight from all the exercise I was doing but I somehow managed to put on weight:( I now know that I have to work extra hard to shift the kilos.
