Thanks again, ladies. It's been a bit naughty week for me. My friend who's been trying to learn new stuff tried her hand on baking and made some really good-tasting pastries. And since there was only the two of us in her house, we really feasted on her masterpieces. I was worried of not losing weight on my weigh in last Thu but hey, half kilo still came off.
Looks like you got away with it! Don't we all wish every week could be like that? Eat a lot of pastries and still lose 500gms. Hahahah! I'll keep on wishing.
@ dinkidi - yeah, a little spoiling and pampering once in a while is not bad
@ Lily - LOL! I wish they'd be a help on my weight loss so I won't feel guilty.
@ Lizzie & Irish - thanks
@ Betty - isn't that a great idea? hope our wishes come true, LOL!
I haven't been naughty these past week. Tried some jumping rope and a bit of zumba even if I looked silly as I'm afraid the gain shows up later. Guess the loss stayed out for good. Got my latest result as :
Great loss Felicity. I tried jumping rope earlier this year before my knee op, it's good to go back to childhood and do that stuff it was a good all round exercise.

Jumping rope, that's great! Why haven't I thought of that? It's good exercise...Good for the arms and legs, too! Apparently, it's doing good on you. Way to go!
That's very good result, Felicity. I think, I need to lose some more weight before I can try jumping rope to speed up my weight loss. My flabs are already jiggling around while I walk,I don't think I can carry them with a jump. I'll start with more walking for now. But you did great, Felicity. Keep up your awesome effort.
