hi everyone decided to weigh in tonight as i will not be able to weigh in tomorrow morning will go to Auckland for a conference tomorrow be back here on wednesday
weight when i started (dec.13): 75 kilos week 1: no weigh in week 2: 74.7 kilos week 3: 74.7 kilos week 4: 74.0 kilos week 5: 73.5 kilos
so it's half a kilo loss for me hopefully i'll be able to reach 72ish next week

Any loss is a good loss, slowly but surely you will get there, it's taken me a long time too, it's all about changing your eating habits and fitting it into your lifestyle.

thanks everyone. im happy to finally be on 72ish. from 73.5 last week, i am now weighing 72.4 so that's a loss of 1.1 kg..yay!
No I'm not doing that Lilly. I am just trying to eat a healthy diet and I do a lot of exercise. I just suggested it because it helps you lose weight quickly.

weigh in last week was 72.4 kg weigh in this morning was 70.9 kg so that's a loss of 1.5 kilos! yahoo! am so so happy because this is the biggest loss so far
thanks belle and dinkidi you both are doing well too so two thumbs up for the both of you my achievement is nothing compared to what you have achieved and will be achieving
hello everyone sorry to keep you all waiting i tried to weigh in fortnightly this time. so to be sure that the next weigh in will be on the 60's line i admit it was hard but i made it! i should be weighing in tomorrow but i am not sure if i can as i have an early meeting with a client and need to skip exercise and breakfast for that
so i did 10 mins. of brisk walking this morning then headed to my badminton play weighed in before breakfast and voila!
i lost 2.1 kg in 2 weeks!
week 1: no weigh in week 2: 74.7 kilos week 3: 74.7 kilos week 4: 74.0 kilos week 5: 73.5 kilos week 6: 72.4 kilos week 7: 70.9 kilos week 8: no weigh in week 9: 68.8 kilos
total loss so far: 6.2 kilos so happy that i am now lying on the 60's line 3.8 kilos to go
Well done on your 600gr this week, you are doing great, with a bit of control you can eat out, after all we are not dieting, we are changing our lifestyle to fit in with our weight loss!

hey thanks for dropping by my thread everyone it was a sad news last week as i didn't lose anything but still thankful i didnt gain any weight so from no loss to 400 grams loss i have expected small losses anyway since i am getting near my weight goal
