hey everyone
thanks a lot for your replies
its nice that you all believed in me when i was starting
and supported me all through out my journey
i just came back from my vacation 2 weeks ago
and i admit it was not easy to control things especially
when all my friends prepared foods for me and my family
but it was nice catching up with people after 10 years of not seeing each other
they were amazed to see the new me! ;)
i still have some pills left so i gave them to a friend who needs to lose 15 kilos
hope it works for her and joins this forum too

how's everyone doing? hope you are having a great journey...
