I didn't realize I haven't posted my weigh in result last month.
oh, it's been a long time....here are my weigh in results for 2 months :


4 Feb - start date - 81 kg start weight
4 March weigh in - 79 kg (lost 2kg)
31 March weigh in - 76 kg (lost 3kg)
04 April weigh in - 72.5 kg (lost 3.5 kg)
26 May weigh in - 69.5 kg (lost 3 kg)
23 June weigh in - 67 kg (lost 2.5 kg)
21 July weigh in - 66 kg (lost 1 kg)
Goal Weight - 65 kg

I was quite disappointed with my last weigh in as I was expecting to reach my goal by now.

It's alright, I only have 1 more kilo to lose.

Hello again, acai peeps! I'm back!
Sorry to be gone so long as I had some issues with my password before, followed by my laptop finally saying goodbye.
Have to get a new one and it took me a while to get settled with my new laptop.
While I was gone I did concentrate on my weight losing schemes as the last kilo didn't want to come off that easily.
I had to do some cardio almost everyday to help out my acai in getting rid of my last kilo....
....and it finally came off, whew!
Since 08 Sept 2012, I'm officially 65kg. yay!biggrin
