Oh hey hey hey all! Am back...and I am happy to see these losses. Great job everyone! I lost only a few kilos in 2 months. I don't know why...I do my exercise daily, I eat healthy foods, still into fruits and veggies and no soda and still drinking my acaislim tabs. But I was able to lose 3.2 kilos only in 2 months. Ok ok, it's still a loss and am still in size 12 jeans so that's a good thing. Maybe I need to up my dose. These last few kilos are pain in the arse! haha!
i have been taking the pills for so long now but i guess it's because i have so much weight to lose. but now, i'm only a few kilos away from reaching my most desired weight. woohoo!
Just repeating what I wrote on my thread to share my progress here.
So I had a bit of a jolt yesterday. I gained 100 grams; standing at 61.2 kilos. But when I weighed in today, I am back at 61.1 kilos. After 1 month, I know this is not a significant amount of weight and I do have my lady issues due in the coming week, so maybe it's a bit of fluid retention. I had not cheated on the meal plan and had been to the gym 7 times the whole month; spending an hour each visit. I feel different though - there has been considerable differences in the way my clothes are fitting. I also measured myself and lost 2cm off my waist and bust (I wish not to lose cm in the bust thought...LOL!.
In total, I have lost 2.1 kilos in 1 month. I am still happy with the outcome of my hard work.
Wow! this is so cool! I just got back from Canada and posting now after a long time of absence. and today marks my first year since I signed up here in the forum. I have that noted on my diary :) Happy anniversary to me, lol! Total weight loss was 29 kilos!
Well, since I have everything written on my diary, I'd be happy to share with you how my weight loss journey progressed in a year here goes :
Start weight = 89 kg Oct 2012 - 1st month - lost 1.5 kg (87.5 kg) Nov 2012 - 2nd month - lost 3 kg (84.5 kg) Dec 2012 - 3rd month - lost 4 kg (80.5 kg) Jan 2013 - 4th month - lost 3.5 kg (77 kg) Feb 2013 - 5th month - lost 3.5 kg (73.5 kg) Mar 2013 - 6th month - lost 3.5 kg (70 kg) Apr 2013 - 7th month - lost 3.5 kg (66.5 kg) May 2013 - 8th month - lost 3 kg (63.5 kg) Jun 2013 - 9th month - lost 3.5 kg (60 kg) July 2013 - present - keeping myself at 60kg

I have started aerobics and toning exercises but I'm not very good at them yet. But I'm going to keep it up...I promise. As a matter of fact, I was happier with my exercise techniques last night and am going to keep it up for an hour each evening. I have a 10 minute break after 30 minutes and then its straight back into the exercise.
I am thinking of rewarding myself with some gym equipment if I get to retain my target weight of 60 kilos (or lesser) in 1 month. Honestly, I'm a bit shy about a gym with full of men around or personal trainer at this stage, maybe later on.
I just weighed this morning and received a good news!
Aerobics exercise is awesome! If you keep that up you shouldn't have any problems. As for not feeling comfortable at the gym I'm exactly the same. I feel like other people will look and me and judge me (especially those who are just at the gym maintaining their body, not really wanting to lose weight) so I much prefer to do my workout at home.

Yes, I hope I can keep it up so I can have my own equipment. Having your own equipment at the gym is very beneficial. Rain or shine, any time of the day or night, you can do your exercise.

800 grams left to lose now. I have managed to lose 15.2 kg in just 17 weeks! And now, I am almost to my goal. I know I'm not done yet, but taking these pills have been absolutely amazing. Who knew it was this fun to lose weight?
Congratulations, Cammie! You deserved that success! What are your plans now? Are you still taking acaislim for maintenance? Stay healthy now! I'm sure you don't want to be fat again. haha!
