i always read and say that - slow but sure.

weight loss is is sure to happen, only it will take time. well, that's actually better than losing weight in a snap and getting it back again in another snap. yeah, talk about magic? there's no such thing. we all need to work hard for it.

ok, enough of my wisdom words . LOL!

CONGRATULATIONS on your achievement. i know you are very happy with that. who wouldn't, right? you just made your 1/2 year very fruitful and healthy.

I have lost a total of 31 kilos now, after 11 months.

Hiya, everyone.
At exactly one year on acaislim, I reached, even exceeded, my weight goal.
On Sept 24, 2014 was my 1st year with acaislim and final weigh in was 64.6kg.
From my starting weight of 98kg, I lost a total of 33.4kg. What an awesome feeling!!!
Thanks for all the support and fantastic result from acaislim.

Remember: the skills and techniques that you have learnt while you were losing weight are the same skills and techniques you will use to be successful in maintaining your weight. So the work goes on, keep up the good work!

Oh I like that "reached, even exceeded" statement. What an awesome job you did for yourself and for your future. Now say goodbey permanently to 98kilos. You should actually thank yourself for doing the right thing not just to lose weight but the best for your health. Well done and I hope you keep up with your weight now. There's no turning back.

 Let us not go back to what has been gone let's look at what is now and improve more and develop techniques of discipline and wanting and getting what we

want for the better. And this has something to do with looking at what you want to become .Go for the right goal and achieve it . Right weight with acaislim and good health

It's embarassing to admit that I gained 5 kilos in 1 month. This was during the holidays, darn! LOL!

But I am proud to say that I have lost 3.4 kilos of this weight gain! Yay! Now, I'm doing my best to lose the other 1.6 kilos. I didn't take acaislim after the holidays; I just used the discipline I learned while taking acaislim few years ago.

That's fine, Solana. What is important is that you were able to lose those unwanted weights again and still doing what is right, to maintain your ideal weight. We all go through hardships during the holidays, it's a "human" thing. LOL!

Thanks, Lorinne!! People like you give me courage to stand up after a fall. You're right, my goal now is to maintain my weight. I don't have plans of getting back to my old shape. I worked hard to be where I am right now so no going back now.

Hey there! So far, everything is working as planned. I'm still at my target weight of 65-69 kilos, weighed 66.7 this morning to be exact. I'm doing my weekly yoga, brisk walking and eating the right food and right amount. I'm applying the discipline I learned whilst on acaislim.
