Thank you too, Summer. I'm actually getting impatient these days that's why from once a month I now weigh in fortnightly, lol! Maybe next time it will be a weekly weigh in. I just want to see bigger loss so I'm controlling myself into weighin in weekly.
You're welcome, dinkidi. You're one of my inspiration here. Can't wait to look as fab as you.
Week 26 last Aug 28, I lost 800g Week 28 last Sept 11, I lost 1 kg Weight now is 66.2 kg
I tried different exercises this past 4 weeks. From jumping jack to jogging to biking to step aerobics. Trying to find which I will enjoy more. I guess it helped a lot in increasing my loss :)
Week 30 last Sept 25, I lost 1 kg Week 32 last Oct. 9 , I lost 1.2 kg Weight now is 64 kg
I think I love jogging and biking more but when weather does not permit, I still do step aerobics. Thank you so much for all your encouragement. I have a feeling that this month will be my last taking acaislim, oh please! I'm so excited to reach my weight goal. I'm itching to step on the scales soon, lol!
OMG! It's been a month since I last came in here. Here's what happened since then. I was expecting to lose the last kilo by week 34 (Oct 23) but only 500g came off. So as not to prolong my agony and because my last bottle of acaislim is almost empty, I engaged myself to doing taebo. A friend gave me a dvd showing how to do it. I still do it now that I'm no longer taking acaislim. I reached my weight goal week 35 (Oct 30), exactly 8 months since I started on the pills.
Thank you Sophie and Betty, and all the rest of you people on this forum for all the support you extended me even tho I seldom visit I still get a lot of advises and encouragement from you. I will still try to visit every now and then, when I'm not feeling lazy, lol!
Nice to have you back, Lara! And congratulations on reaching your weight goal! Will you continue to do taebo to help you maintain your weight? Taebo is an intense cardio exercise, right? I've done that before. I actually love it! But since I was also under a lot of stress, I had to stop. Taebo and stress caused me to have shortness of breath. I even had to go to my doctor and have my heart checked. I am thankful that my heart was in great condition, but he advised me to avoid intense exercises.
Good luck on your new challenge: maintaining your weight. I know you'll be great!

Fever?! Good thing I didn't have that when I first tried it. But my whole body was sore the day after! I couldn't get off my bed for a couple of hours. Fortunately, I didn't have class or work that day.
