Thanks, Becca.  Sorry for a very late reply. It's been over a year since I last posted here. I reckon I lost a total of 20 kilos during my acaislim days biggrinIt's been about 2 months that I've given up taebo as my schedule does not give me much time for it. I had to content myself with a stationary bike just so I still have a regular exercise. I'm worried, the fats will creep back in if I become lazy again, lol! 

I bet everyone's doing alright. Cheers!

Hi Lara! Great to hear you are still in the right track. Now that you've reached your goal be extra careful with what you eat and make sure don't ever go back to being unhealthy. Congrats! :)

Hi Lara! If you really don't want to weigh heavy again, then I am sure you won't let yourself be lazy again. Even if you gave up taebo, the stationary bike is enough as exercise. Just make sure you do it always and that you watch what you eat now.
