Setting a goal weight

Hi everyone. I'm Erika a newbie and an overweight. I feel unhealthy with my current weight (117kg), I want to be in a healthy

weight range and maintain it for good. A couple of questions: do i need to exercise while taking the pills? Any known side effects?

Appreciate if somebody can answer these queries. Thanks a lot.

Hi Erika, welcome to the forum. For sucessful weight loss set yourself small attainable goals, in your case for example first aim to lose 7kg, then your next goal could be to reach 100kg, then decide on either 5 or 10kg increments. A healthy diet and some exercise certainly helps to lose weight and keep it off. The tablets will help with appetite suppression but you need to work with them and not eat out of habit if you are not hungry. I haven't had any bad side effects, however some have had issues with the colon cleanse and stopped taking it. Hi and thanks for the welcome. I do intend to lose a total of 45 kg, so i guess i'll just have to break it down to smaller values and I need to work on some exercises then.
How long does it take for the pills to arrive upon ordering?

jogging is great!  there is one here who skips rope and i do the egg diet which i would not really recommend because it isn't for everyone.  choose the kind of diet and exercise you'll be most comfortable with.

It usually takes about 7 days and you can start b4 you get the pills. I know when I first started I had to wait a month so I started my diet and exercise well b4 they arrived.  Good Luck.

Hi Erika! To answer your question based on my experience, well, I didn't experience any side effects.  And yes, it's much better if you start exercising while waiting for your pill to arrive.  Acai will help you lose weight because it will suppress your appetite but it will do no harm (actually will work beter) if you also do your part.  Walking or jogging at least 30 minutes a day will do.  smile

i must agree with you irish. in my case i do walk everyday with my dog in the park. that's the only exercise i could do for now.

i wanna try power walking/speed walking when i got time. but first i need to buy new running shoes. they say running shoes are designed for the stress of fast movement that power walking exerts

Good day to all. Haven't had the chance to tell all that I've received my pills and has been taking them for a week now.
Just weighed in and was very hopeful, must be my lucky day! Scales registered a 1.5kg loss!!! Definitely keeping this up.

 I jogged for like almost everyday while waiting for the pills to arrive. When the pills did arrive jogging has been easier and a

has been a regular thing up to now.

2nd week now and just weighed in. Lost 1.2kg. Was a little low with the water intake, will make up for it.
