Hi there Solana! Nice to hear that you're enjoying acaislim just like most of us here. You're exactly right, our eating habits is the first one that AS changes. It turns out to be healthier, right? Good luck to you and I hope to see more of you in this forum. We're always here for you, in case you have queries.
Hello everyone! Thanks for dropping by my thread. I was MIA for 3 months due to a lot of reasons. I also stopped taking the pills as I ran out of it and wasn't able to buy another bottle. But now I am back!!!! I ordered another bottle and it came just this morning. I am so excited to be back on track again.
Here's what I have accomplished while I was on pills and when I was out of them. I still managed to lose even a few kilos with just the healthy lifestyle I learned from all of you. Thanks for that! :)
Weekly losses: Started 2nd week of September
1st week: 1kg
2nd week: 1kg
3rd week: 1kg
4th week: 1.2kg
5th week: 1kg
6th week: 1kg
7th week: 1.1kg
8th week: 1.2kg
First week of November: I stopped taking the pills at 84.5 kilos
After 3 months of my own healthy lifestyle without the pills: I am 79.8 kilos. That's a 4.7 kilo drop because of my own work! I am so proud of myself. I felt that the pills still had an effect on my mind and body then though. Plus I did the healthy things I learned here.
Now that I am back, I hope to never ran out of pills anymore. Lol. Once I get extra money, I will buy another bottle. :)
Cheers and great job to all you ladies! Let's get it on...again! :)
Awesome progress, Solana! And an even more awesome loss, even without the pills! Totally impressive! Can't wait to see your next weight loss report! best of luck!

NO LOSS this week...it's ok though...at least I didn't gain weight... the picture I posted a while ago is the reason why I can still smile even if I didn't lose any this week...:)
Hey everyone! How are you all doing? It wasn't an easy job to lose weight especially when you are stressed with work, but the greatest thing I learned from my journey is appreciating each loss that I get. Even if it's just a hundred gram loss, I still am thankful for it. So hooray for a successful 2 month-journey. :)
Thank you everyone. But I think you are doing better than me. I still do my exercise and healthy living but I think the last few kilos are so attached to me that I am having a hard time letting them go..lol! I still lose a few grams though, taht's the important thing.
