It's been great. Very glad that my average weekly weight loss is 1 kg even more. With this pace my excitement just grows bigger. On my 6th week now and lost another 1.1 kg. Total loss now is 7.2 kg.
Hiya all...... according to my scales have not lost but GAINED!!!!! How is this possible doing 40 mins on treadmill AND eating really healthy!! I'm taking 1 a/s before brekky and 1 before dinner at night, drinking 1-2 litres of water a day, eating cereals or fruit bread for brekky and slad rolls for lunch and chicken and salads for dinner, if I snack I'll have either a muesli bar or fruit..... whats going on....can anyone help out here???
Erika, gaining is not unusual, you are doing all the right things, keep doing it, exactly the way you are and wait until next weigh in. Have you done any measurements? They can often change even if the scales don't.

Thanks Solana, summer and Lizzie. I'm trying to lose 45 kg. It's been 6 mths and 2 weeks, just weighed in today and got 1.4 kg loss. Total loss now is 31.2 kg. I can feel that 45 kg is within reach!
