I believe 4 pills is the maximum you can take. Personally, I have not felt the need to increase my dosage. So I am still taking 2 pills a day.

Yes you can up your dose if you need to. Start with two pills a day, then if you need to up your losses, you can take 3...and if you need more, then you can take 4. We are only allowed to take 4 acaislim pills a day.

I'm glad I didn't have to take more than 2 pills a day. I'm good with 2 :)

@ Shaz - are you not satisfied with your weight loss that's why you're asking if you can up your dose?
