You don't have to become a cross-country skier, Olympic swimmer, or a Wimbledon champ to lose weight. But you do need to get up off the couch.
Exercising at least 30 minutes a day-or even every other day-along with proper warm-up and cool-down periods, is an essential part of proper weight loss.
"If you can work up a good sweat for 30 minutes, and hold a conversation during that time without being out of breath," he explains, "you are giving your body a proper workout for cardiovascular fitness and weight loss."
Try swimming, speed walking, bicycle riding, or jogging. Join a health club and commit yourself to working out no fewer than three days a week. Think you are too busy to set aside time to exercise at a gym? Then get your activity in other ways.
Try walking to work instead of taking the bus. Use your lunch hour to take a walk or to make use of an employee fitness room at your job. Take the stairs instead of elbowing your way into the elevator.
And when you go shopping, park your car a ways from the store so you can get in a little walking!
Great tips, Erika! It's really beneficial to substitute daily activities with ones that are like 'mini' exercises. I've been walking to the office and I take the stairs whenever I can. I only use the elevator when I need to. I got a treadmill at home and I make sure I use it everyday, even for only 20-30 minutes. It's always great to exercise.

I'm not an exercise buff. I don't even have a regular routine, but the nature of my work allows me to move a lot, walk around a lot and carry heavy items which is equivalent to lifting weights, lol! I reckon, that's helping me lose weight whilst taking acaislim.
you're like hitting the gym with the kind of work you have. imagine, losing weight while getting paid? that rocks!
do you have a pedometer? i think that would be beneficial for you while walking around your work. in that way, you'll get to know how many steps you did. just think of it this way, for every step you make, you earn a cent and lose .01 gram. lol!
I get heaps of exercise at work -- climbing up and down the stairs and ladders, carrying packages to and fro, and whole bunch of other stuff -- haha! love the work and the exercise it gives :)
Walking is the simplest way of exercise. Everybody can do it. Le's do it and say hello to healthy lifestyle!
Simplest but you might lose less.
Just add some exercises while walking I think it could help, example you are lifting things it can help you lose some weight on your upper extremities.
Loosing extra weight can make the soles of the feet get relaxed
and not be burdened with your
too much weight giving heavy load to your feet
which makes the feet get tired and achy.
Exercise will make a good blood circulation and keep us healthy .
