Hi y'all! My name is Cammie! I have been taking the pills for over 2 weeks now. I wasn't able to join the forum before. Because I had to have my laptop fixed before I received the pills. I only got it back days ago. I have already lost 2.1 kg in 2 weeks! These pills are absolutely amazing! I felt less hungry only days after starting with the pills. Here's what you need to know so far.
Start Weight: 81 kg
Weight to lose: 16 kg
Week 1 - 0.8 kg
Week 2 - 1.3 kg
Aiming for 65 kg. I am just not sure if I would want to go beyond that. I'll probably just decide after I reach my goal. Any tips you could share? The only exercise I am doing right now is on the treadmill. I do it for 30minutes, everyday. Is that alright? I've got no time to go the gym or any aerobics class. Not following a strict diet. but the serving has decreased quite a lot. I really hope that these pills are the answer to my weight problem.
Hi Cammie, you are doing a great job with that starting loss. It's good that you aim for the weight goal where you think is achievable. Take it slowly but surely as they always say. And yes, your 30 minutes treadmill exercise everyday is a good thing. Keep it up!
Tip: more water...I make it a point to drink at least 2 litres of water a day. It maks my skin glow, regular loo habits, removes toxins and helps me lose more weight.
Hi cammie! Wow, great start! And 30 minutes on the treadmill everyday is great! Also, I agree with Solana. Drink the right amount of water everyday. And do try to stay away from junk foods. Remember, "fast food" doesn't always have to be "junk food". If you think about it, fruits are fast food, too.

Wow, what a welcome from people here! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my thread. Next weigh in will be tomorrow. Hoping for a good result again!
~Solana: Hi! Thanks for the tip! Will definitely remember to drink more water.
~Sophie: Wow! I love that! Thanks! Fruits are definitely fast foods too. Just like what Solana said, they're fast and easy to prepare. Now I want to find some recipe for fruits!
Absolutely gorgeous journey you have here Cammie. You are doing fantastic at your weight loss and wowsers to the almost 5 kilos you have lost. Thats awesome! Its encouraging...Congrats! Keep up the good work and you will be at your goal in no time. Have you set any mini goals for your weight loss ? I look forward to seeing a weight loss update ..
Now keep it going and follow it with another good number next week.
~Solana88: Thank you! I really hope I could keep it up! Right now, I'm just aiming for 65 kg. No mini-goals. Just one big goal and I really hope I hit the mark! When I get to 65 kg, that's probably when I'd decide if I would want to lose more or not.
Yay! If my math is right, that's akmost a kilo each week? Great going Cammie. Keep it up. I am sure if you'll continue that great progress, you'll get to your 65-kilogram goal in no time.
I have been reading your updates since you started and I am happy with how you are going. Awesome work here! You deserve to be proud of your hard work!
Thank you Solana, Irish and Amelia! I am happy for all of you as well! Well I've weighed in early today. I was a little excited!
Week 10: 0.9 kg
~~Total loss of 9.8 kg in 10 weeks.
~~Would you believe that I only need to lose exactly 6.2 kg to reach my goal??? It's amazing what these pills made me achieve so far!
Weighing in tomorrow morning. I'm really wishing for a good result, so I can celebrate without feeling guilty during a party I'll attend tomorrow night. :)
So awesome! I bet you obviously have shrunk. It's good you had fun. It's always a must to treat yourself to some goodies every now and then. Just make sure you are eating healthy even when cheating. Congratulations on that awesome loss! Keep up the great work!
You are going pretty well at the moment. And I think with that progress, you will keep it up for sure. Keep us in the loop on your next weigh in. Party again? haha, just kidding!
