Hi everyone! Just an update. I stopped taking Acaislim on January of 2015 as my maintenance pill. I tried my best to work on my own using healthy lifestyle, yoga, brisk walking, and discipline. I can say it's not a piece of cake (oh did I just say cake? yummy!!! not! LOL!), but I tell you all it's worth it! Before I started taking the pills, I was close to Diabetes. But I was able to stay far from it by choosing the right food, less sugary foods, less sweets/desserts, less carbo, daily intake of my acaislim pills and the right exercise for my lightly active lifestyle.
When I stopped taking acaislim, I maintained my weight by doign yoga once a week, brisk walking (and a little jog) for 30 mins. every day, choosing the right food and eating the right amount, plus drinking at least 2 litres of water.
I am positive and full of hope that I can maintain my weight at 65-69 kilos. No reaching the line of 70's puuulllhease! ;)
